Rules

All the participants should study the participation rules! All the participants should contribute the championship participant’s entrance fee in the amount of — 30€

The participation in the competition is allowed to the persons over eighteen years of age.

The quantity of participants’ places is limited.

All the participants should arrive to the championship site no later than one hour before.

All the participants of the selection round will be divided into subgroups.

For the performance the participants should provide their music in the Audio CD format.

Any use of open fire and pyrotechnics is forbidden.

Indecent actions of sexual character are forbidden.

It is forbidden to throw out napkins, ice, etc. to the auditorium.

For work all the participants should have their own bar equipment.

After the end of the performance a participant should return to the back office and collect the equipment.

Each participant bears responsibility for the own property.

The sequence of the performance of the participants is defined by the organizers.

Refereeing is carried out by the WFA team.

The organizers reserve the right to refuse registration to a participant without the explanation of a reason.

The slot in the Selection round is four minutes, in the Final — six minutes.

According to results of elimination round 10 best participants will take part in final round.

Time for the workplace preparation is three minutes.

The minimum quantity of liquid in bottles for the performance:

Working Flair — 1/3 bottl.

Exhibition Flair — 15 ml.

For the Exhibition Flair a participant can bring empty, clean bottles without labels and logos for the performance. For the Working Flair a participant uses only original bottles. In addition a participant in the Working flair can use own bottles possible only in case of the presence of a championship sticker on the front part of a bottle. The bottles of other trademarks used by the participants, should be previously washed from the labels. Stickers will be provided by the organizers.

Fixing of geysers, by plastic self-adhesive tapes on bottles, (no more than 3 strips) is allowed.

The organizers will provide stickers 9х13-size for bottles.

The work with empty and closed bottles isn't set off (included).

The bottles and shakers can be placed on a workplace as a participant wants.

There should be only metal geysers #285-50 in bottles for the Working Flair.

Plastic and metal geysers can be used in bottles for the Exhibition Flair. The jury will examine geysers and bottles before the performance. It is forbidden to block and also to cork openings of geysers for the flood prevention.

The time reading will start from the moment of the beginning of a musical track. The musical track will be turned off at the end of the given time, the subsequent work and unprepared cocktail aren't estimated.

A ready drink should be placed on a napkin.

The participants can involve their assistants during the performance.

The special area will be set aside for warm-up of the participants. Only the use of plastic, training bottles is permitted to the participants in the warm-up zone.

The organizers don't bear responsibility for any traumas received by a participant during the performance or training.

The organizers don't bear any responsibility for the loss of personal belongings by a participant.

The organizers reserve the right of the change of rules, and are obliged to inform the registered participants in time.
